Amelie believes that going for a walk in the rain is an adventure! In fact, the bigger the puddles, the better they splash! And you never know who you will meet along the way, nor who will follow you home! During  this particular walk in the rain “Ode To A Toad” was born.

Parents, there are a plethora of benefits to playing in the rain! It is beneficial both for physical and mental health. When you let your child play in the rain, you enhance their sensory experience and gross motor skills. As children – and adults for that matter, listen to the pitter patter of rain hitting the ground, it creates a sense of relaxation. Rain has a calming effect. The smell of rain makes us feel refreshed and more energized.
